Terms of Service

Leadzenix LLC ("Leadzenix," "we," "us") is a business-to-business lead management platform providing lead distribution (ping/post), call tracking, fraud screening, and reporting, available at app.leadzenix.com. The platform is intended for business use by companies that buy, sell, or route consumer leads. It is not directed to consumers.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the platform. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by users you invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain all rights to the lead data, campaign configurations, and other content you submit to the platform ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights needed to process Customer Data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the Customer Data you collect and route through Leadzenix — including obtaining any consents required by applicable law (such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state privacy laws) before contacting consumers, honoring do-not-call and suppression requests, and ensuring your publishers and buyers do the same. Leadzenix provides tooling (suppression lists, consent-token fields, compliance flags) but does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for your compliance obligations.

You may not use the platform to:

• process leads obtained through deception, fraud, or without required consent;
• violate any applicable law or regulation, including telemarketing and privacy laws;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or attempt to access other customers' data;
• resell or white-label the service except under a written agreement with us.

We may suspend accounts that present a legal, security, or platform-integrity risk.

Call tracking, phone numbers, and SMS features are provided through third-party telephony carriers. Usage-based charges (per-minute, per-message, per-number) apply in addition to subscription fees. You must use telephony features in compliance with applicable law and carrier policies, including our SMS Messaging Policy.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance; usage-based fees are billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next billing cycle. Late amounts may result in suspension after notice.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon termination we will make your Customer Data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
