Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Leadzenix collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our marketing website and the Leadzenix platform.

Effective date: July 6, 2026

1. Who we are

Leadzenix LLC ("Leadzenix") is a business-to-business lead management platform. We act in two roles: as a controller for information about our own customers, users, and website visitors, and as a processor for consumer lead data that our customers submit to and route through the platform. Our customers are responsible for the lawful collection of the lead data they process with Leadzenix.

Our website and platform are intended for business users and are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email, phone, company, and billing details when you create an account or contact us.
  • Customer Data — lead records (such as consumer names, contact details, and application fields), call recordings and SMS content where enabled, and campaign configurations our customers submit to the platform.
  • Usage data — log data, device and browser information, IP addresses, and product usage events.
  • Website data — information you submit through forms on this site, including your mobile number and SMS consent status if you opt in to text alerts.

3. How we use information

  • to provide, operate, and secure the platform;
  • to route and deliver leads as configured by our customers;
  • to detect fraud, abuse, and platform-integrity issues;
  • to bill, support, and communicate with customers;
  • to improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage data.

We do not sell personal information.

4. How information is shared

Customer Data is shared as directed by the customer who controls it — for example, when a campaign routes a lead to a buyer. We also use service providers to operate the platform (cloud hosting, telephony carriers, email delivery, payment processing) under agreements that restrict their use of the data. We disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. No mobile numbers or SMS consent data are shared with third parties for marketing purposes (see our SMS Messaging Policy).

5. Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based and audited, and production access is restricted. We retain account information for the life of the account plus the period required for legal and tax purposes, and Customer Data per the customer's configuration and our Terms of Service (export available for 30 days after termination).

6. Your choices and rights

  • Access, correct, export, or delete your account information by contacting us.
  • Opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message.
  • Opt out of SMS alerts by replying STOP or disabling them in your settings.
  • Depending on your state or country of residence (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. We honor verified requests sent to the contact below.

If you are a consumer whose lead record was submitted to Leadzenix by one of our customers, direct requests to that company; we will assist them in fulfilling verified requests.

7. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. The platform uses cookies for authentication and session management.

8. Changes and contact

We will post updates to this policy here and note the new effective date. Questions or requests: [email protected].
