Common questions
What counts as a lead?
A lead is any ping or post that enters the system, whether it gets accepted by a buyer or not. Rejected and filtered leads still count toward your volume.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at end of billing cycle. No lock-in contracts on Starter or Growth.
Is call tracking included?
Call tracking is included on Growth and Enterprise plans. On Starter, you can add it for an additional fee. Usage-based telephony charges (per-minute, per-number) apply on all plans.
Do you charge setup fees?
No setup fees. We will help you configure your first campaigns at no extra cost.
What happens if I go over my lead limit?
We will not cut you off mid-month. You will get a notification, and we will work with you to upgrade or adjust. No surprise overage charges.
