SMS Messaging Policy
This page describes the Leadzenix Platform Alerts SMS program: what messages we send, how you opt in, and how to stop or get help at any time.

1. Program description
Leadzenix Platform Alerts sends account and operational notifications by SMS to Leadzenix platform users who enable text alerts. Messages include operational alerts such as campaign cap warnings, delivery failures, acceptance-rate drops, error-rate spikes, and account notifications. Leadzenix does not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program.
2. Opt-in
You opt in to Leadzenix Platform Alerts from within your Leadzenix account by adding your mobile number to an alert rule or enabling SMS notifications in your alert settings. Consent to receive alert texts is collected directly in the product at the time you enable the feature. You may also opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the program.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the alert rules you configure and your account activity. Each alert rule includes a cooldown control to limit repeat notifications.
4. Fees and carriers
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. The program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving SMS from Leadzenix. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You can also disable SMS alerts at any time in your Leadzenix alert settings.

7. Your consent data is not shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services used to deliver these messages.
